I drink at least 5. If my hunger is bad, sometimes 7 or 8. It helps curb my hunger pangs.

4 on an average day, 2 on a slow day and up to 10 when I really need it.
All black of course! Occasionally I let myself have 15cals of milk and some zero cal sweetener, but I actually do prefer it black.

I have a 20oz mug that I usually fill with coffee at least two or three times throughout the day, more as needed. I love coffee.

I usually just have one mug a day so for my cup that is about 16oz of coffee. On days I am restricting more heavily I will drink between 3 and 5 cups though.

I just discovered that save-a-lot sells these mio type things but in coffee flavors! NO calories,carbs,or sugars! Great in skim fat free milk, & pretty good over ice too!
