I attend therapy once a week and then also go to 2 different groups- one is for PTSD and the other is for my ED. I feel so awkward essentially building myself up and then coming home to tear myself down. I like going to therapy because I need a place to vent and process things, but I feel like it's pointless to bring up my ED most of the time because I don't want to recover (at least not at the moment).

I've been in one-on-one therapy, but never group therapy. I didn't find it that helpful because I felt like I already knew everything she was saying, I just didn't have motivation to follow through. I originally went for depression and suicidal intentions, but it felt like things got better because they naturally do over time, not due to therapy help.
