I prefer spinach myself. I like how it tastes both raw and cooked, plus it has a lot of nutrients.

Cabbage, because of how versatile and tasty it is. I could eat just cabbage all the time if my family wouldn't notice.

Gonna go ahead and say lettuce (lol'ing that all 3 of us had different answers). Not that lettuce is exactly flavorful, but I've always found cabbage to have like -113% flavor and spinach to have a sort of bitter taste to it.

I say lettuce. It tastes the sweetest out of all of them.

Cabbage! I cook it and put sauce on it instead of noodles. It's good in soup, too, or instead of tortillas.

It was a hard choice between cabbage and spinach, but I have always loved cabbage ever since I was a kid.
