When you step on the scale and see that it's 2 pounds down from your last weigh in, and you just can't help but wiggle and smile.... AHHH! So exciting

It feels so great to lose weight, I always have to hold my screams of joy so my parents don't realize i'm losing and ask questions. It sucks that they know I "had" "problems" in the past.

That's the best dance out there. It makes my day sometimes entire week or weekend, whenever I step on the scale and find it's lower. Of course, the extreme sadness and anger happens, too, when the scale reads heavier. They should just rename scale as "mood ring".

Ugh, I haven't done that happy dance in a while. Last time I did was when I got back under 110 lbs after being in IP. Next time I do that happy dance will be when I can get myself under 100 again.
