    Let me start off by saying.... Yuck.

    Maybe I put too much cloves in it? Or too much pumpkin? Either way, I honestly do not recommend it. 0/10.

    Basically I used (and tweaked) a recipe that a friend posted on facebook. I believe it was from the "Daniel Diet", which I have never heard of. I'm pretty sue it's vegan though.

    I love pumpkin! I'm interested in hearing the recipe. Could you post it? Together we may find a modification that still tastes good and much lower in calories.

    I agree with ButterflyAna. I am sure we could come up with a yummy low cal version.

    Seriously huge pumpkin pie smoothie ~ 135 kcal

    >> 1 medium can (3 1/2 cups) Libby's 100% pure pumpkin (120 kcal)
    >> 1/2 cup soy or almond milk (15 kcal)
    >> 1/2 cup cold water
    >> Ice, as needed
    >> Sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg
    >> Sweeteners, as desired
    >> Optional: 1/4 cup sugar free syrup (15 kcal)

    Put everything together in a blender and process. Serve cold. Yummy! 
    -I don't know exactly how many ml this makes, but it's definitely big. Big enough for a whole meal, and filling too!
